You can return unopened products within 14 days. Here is how it works.
In four steps
Register the return – via the contact form with your order number, the item and the reason (e.g. wrong item, damaged, no longer wanted). Alternatively by email to info@purseife.ch.
Wait for our reply – we will get back to you as soon as possible and confirm the return.
Send the goods – well packaged, with a short note (name and order number) to: Dr. Norman Dean GmbH, Oberdorfstrasse 37, 9100 Herisau. You can also hand them in directly at the shop.
Refund – after receipt and inspection we refund the amount to the original payment method or send you the requested replacement item.
Conditions
Returns within 14 days of receipt.
Only unopened, unused products – soap is a hygiene item.
In case of incorrect or damaged delivery we cover the return shipping costs and send a replacement.
