As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive a confirmation by email.
Gladly: order online and collect your soaps at Oberdorfstrasse 37 in Herisau (Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00).
Unopened products can be returned within 14 days. For hygiene reasons we cannot take back opened or used soaps. Incorrectly delivered or damaged goods will of course be replaced.
